| Short Bio | Anthony (Tony) Patt is Professor of Climate Policy and director of the Climate Policy Lab at ETH Zurich in Switzerland. His work focuses on technological and policy strategies to get emissions in most sectors to zero by 2050, as well as on strategies for scaling up negative emissions to offset those sectors with residual emissions. He has been Coordinating Lead Author for IPCC Working Group III, and in the Sixth Assessment Report co-led the writing of material on transitions dynamics, appearing in the chapter on technological change. |
