Travel Support and Complimentary Conference Tickets
STRN, in close collaboration with the local IST organizers, is extremely proud to offer thirteen €1000, needs-based travel grants. Three of these grants are sponsored by Elsevier in connection with our journal, Environmental Innovation and Societal Transitions. Furthermore, there are 20 complimentary conference tickets available.
Eligibility
Early career researchers (PhD + 8 years following completion) who are accepted, presenting authors at IST are eligible. You can apply for just a complimentary conference ticket or a complimentary conference ticket and travel grant. We will be prioritizing participants based in countries with structurally weaker financial positions, particularly from the Global South and East. The travel grant is issued in the form of a reimbursement upon successful participation and presentation at IST.
Timeline
Application opens: Thursday, March 20th
Application deadline: Monday, March 31st (EXTENDED TO APRIL 6TH)
Notification: Tuesday, April 15th Friday, April 25th
