| Short Bio | Dr. Nicola Morelli is Professor at the Institute of Architecture Design and Media Technology at Aalborg University (AAU). Here he developed the Service Systems Design Master program and participated to the EU funded %u201CLife 2.0%u201D and My Neighbourhood projects both focused in designing and scaling up public services based on user participation and social innovation. OPEN4CITIZENS project aiming at broadening the access of citizens to open data DESIGNSCAPES project aiming at supporting design enabled innovation in the urban context and easyRights which facilitate migrants’ access to personal services in the host country. His research aims at contributing defining a methodological and strategic framework for service design. |
