| Short Bio | An accomplished senior leader with over 20 years of international experience in leadership, learning, and organisational development. Christel has designed, delivered, and led strategic learning initiatives and operational teams across diverse cultural and professional settings—including Australia, Denmark, Indonesia, Singapore, East Africa, India, and Nepal.Currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership Development for Sustainability, Christel brings a strong research focus to the intersection of leadership, adult learning, and sustainable development. Her work explores how leaders can be developed to meet the complex challenges of our time through inclusive, ethical, and systems-oriented practices.With a Master of Human Resource Management from Murdoch University and a Master of Education from the University of Melbourne, Christel combines academic rigour with real-world insight.
