Alexandra Ramey

Alex Ramey is a Research Associate with the Transformational Sustainability Science (TSS) Research Group, formed in collaboration with the newly-established Humboldt Professorship for Sustainable Food Systems at the University of Freiburg. The TSS group seeks to advance teaching and research, as well as theoretical and methodological development, for transformational sustainability science. Leveraging her dual Master’s in Global Sustainability Science from Arizona State University and Leuphana University of Lüneburg, as well as past experience in sustainability education and transition policy, Alex supports the development of key resources and publications in this field to expand their accessibility and reach worldwide. Alex recently moved to Freiburg from hometown near Washington, D.C., USA.
