Antonia Kaiser

I have a background in Sustainability Economics and Management (University of Oldenburg) and hold a PhD in Sustainability Research from the University of Basel. Previously, I conducted research on the transition to low-pesticide agriculture and on biodiversity conservation at the Swiss federal research institute Agroscope, using a variety of social research methods. My current research focuses on sustainability and democracy in alternative global food value chains, on agricultural transformations, and on citizens’ engagement in energy communities.
